Clare Renner
Clare Renner has always enjoyed reading children’s books and now can’t stop buying them — she especially loves second-hand children’s books and keeps hundreds of them in a special shed in the garden.
Clare started writing when her children were little and has written over 20 books for children. She teaches writing at RMIT in Melbourne and lives in Clifton Hill with her husband, three teenage children and their two dogs Tibbi and Spider.
Clare went to seven different schools in four different countries — so she knows how important it is to have friends and to belong somewhere.
